Loooong before all the cakes, cupcakes, cookies and all those edible rainbows.. I was a fan of this 80s cartoon character called Rainbow Brite, the most colorful girl on the planet. She had colorful friends, (7 to be exact, one for each color of the rainbow), a little pet sprite & a majestic white horse with rainbow colored hair called Starlite..

Every Saturday morning me and my sisters would sneak into the family room and watch it (along with other Saturday morning cartoons of course like the Care Bears, Heathcliff, Scooby Doo and many more) before the parents wake up.
