Every now and then I come across a unique color combination that inspires me to create. I think shades of purple and teal would make a cool combination for room decor for both adults and children. Just look at this beautiful photograph I found at Kim Robbins photography website.

Beautiful, right? Not that I am suggesting a room entirely designed in teal and purple.
Keep the walls in neutral color then add a splash of color. Like this cute nursery i found while browsing Pinterest.
